Morris Sadek: “My enemy is the God of Islam”

| 18 September 2011 | Comments (3)

Morris Sadek is one of the most hated men in Egypt.

CAIRO: Morris Sadek, one of the most hated men in Egypt. A controversial figure for his fiery statements against Islam and Muslims and for his demands of international protection on Egypt’s Coptic minority.

His name was recently mentioned in the declaration of the symbolic Coptic state in the United States. He conducted a number of talks and meetings with Congressional representatives, asking for US intervention in Egypt.

As a result of his work, his Egyptian citizenship has been withdrawn. He denounces the Egyptian and Arab uprisings and supports the Bashar al-Asaad regime in Syria.

Sadek lives with his family in the US as a religious refugee.

Bikyamasr.com interviewed Sadek via email.

First, you protested outside the White House to force international protection over Egypt?

International protection means forming a legal plan that goes along with the United Nations’ international declaration for minorities and presenting it to the Egyptian government to be applied. Egypt uses foreign referees for its football matches and thus accepts. Egypt sent troops to Kosovo to protect the Muslim minority there. Therefore we are persing a decision by Congress to protect Copts after they have been slaughtered, blown to pieces outside of their churches, their daughter’s kidnapped and forced to convert to Islam, their houses of worship set on fire, and complicating the procedures to build new ones, adding to that a complicit legal system that slacks in investigating crimes committed against Copts as well as excluding them from government jobs and not putting a quota for Copts in the parliament and insisting that Islam is the religion of the State and ignoring *25 million people who believe in Christianity and having the Arabic language, the language of the invaders, as the official language and *ignoring the Coptic language.

Muslims insist on keeping Sharia, or Islamic law, as a source of legislation and Copts refuse things such as cutting a thief’s hand and whippings. It [Sharia] also diminishes women and considers them cursed and unclean. Therefore, we want an American envoy to make sure that the following happens in Egypt:

Enhancing religious freedoms for minorities such as Copts, Baha’is and Shiites. Also, to monitor religious prejudices, provide social and economic security and to work with the government to prevent laws that lean towards religious prejudices.

News reports were talking about the declaration of a Coptic state in the US, please shed light on that and did you ask people to immigrate and join you?

The idea of a Coptic State came after the March referendum that approved keeping Sharia as the main source of legislation, ignoring the Coptic people who reject Islam and Sharia and the idea behind establishing a Coptic state in Egypt is to have Coptic courts; they were cancelled by former president Gamal Abdul Nasser in 1956; Coptic religious schools and universities like al-Azhar; involving Copts in all governmental institutions with a percentage not less than 25 percent, including the police academy and the army and perhaps establishing a parallel Coptic Government working hand in hand with the central government to protect Copts rights.

Egyptian Copts have welcomed the idea of a Coptic state in Egypt, and as for the ignorant Copts, agents of the Arabic invasion who disagree with us, I can say we despise you and Muslims who refuse it are afraid that Copts will be masters in their own country, therefore Muslims’ opinions have no weight internationally. We are not asking for immigration or division, we only ask for the sharing of power and the founders of the Coptic nation are working on taking the next constitutional and legal steps necessary. We have already chosen the flag and the national anthem.

Your Egyptian nationality has been recently withdrawn, how did you feel about that and will you fight the decision?

I felt I was hit by lighting when I heard the news. The Egyptian nationality is my flesh and bones and the bones and the graves of my ancestors are in Egypt. Nationality is not just a piece of paper and I defend my Coptic community’s rights in Egypt and my weapons are words. I have repeatedly attacked former president Hosni Mubarak and prayed to God to revenge us yet he didn’t withdraw my citizenship. The current ruling power, the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces, had caused a scandal upon itself after many American newspapers reported the news that I lost my citizenship because of my opinions. The British never did it, but the Arab invaders did. However, I am fighting the decision and presented an appeal in front of the high administrative court.

What do you say to those accusing you of trading the Coptic cause for personal gain and fame?

I am a law man. I have a license to practice law from Egypt and a consulting license from the US and wrote many legal books that high courts in Egypt read and consult. These books will give me enduring fame, but I don’t need fame because it doesn’t help and as for financial issues, I have started a human rights organization in Egypt and have refused American funds before and all I ask for is freedom for my people.

You have declared your support to the Syrian regime and President Bashar al-Asad. Why?

Al-Assad is facing the Muslim Brotherhood and other terrorist groups killing in the name of Allah, therefore he is fighting them and in Egypt we faced the same threats before and fought against it.

Asaad didn’t kill Christians or Muslims and never burned a church or bomb a car parked in front of one. There are many Christian ministers and ambassadors in Syria and Muslims and Christians are given equal employment and Christians could open a church without permission and if Asaad’s regime is gone, so will the Syrian Christians, like what happened to the Copts in Egypt. This is ultimately what Saudi Arabia and Qatar wants. They were behind the uprisings in Egypt, Tunisia and Libya so the Muslim Brotherhood gain power all over the Middle East.

So this is how you view the Egyptian revolution?

I don’t see a revolution, I see chaos, economy collapsing and the fall of tourism and loud voices that brought Egypt back to the middle-ages. I see Saudi flags flapping in my country and idiots calling for war and others cutting off an ear of a Coptic man and other violent incidents happening in front of the Egyptian army. I see Hamas invading my country, digging tunnels and the revolutionists are not closing these tunnels and ridding our land from this Hamasian invasion. It’s very sad.

You are reputedly accused of defaming Muslims and Islam and in some cases you are called an extremist. How do you respond to this?

I don’t defame any religion and I love all Muslims and I have Muslim friends and I have never carried a gun or bomb or incited young people to blow themselves up and kill innocent people to please their alleged God and win virgins and so on from these superstitions. I am a thinker and I use my head and my pen and I read and educate myself. The life of freedom we lead in the US made me study and read, so if studying and voicing one’s opinion is extremism, then I am one.

My enemy is the God of Islam that overstepped on my legislations and my faith and said that those who believe that Jesus is the son of God are infidels and rejects the crucifixion. Islam defames women and those who believe in other religions and Jesus, glory to him, forgave people on the cross, including women, and said that who doesn’t have a sin, throw the first stone.

* The Christian community in Egypt, by most estimates is between 7 and 10 million people.

Morris Sadek And Terry Jones Brothers-In-Arms

September was a busy month for anti-Islam agitators Pastor Terry Jones and Morris Sadek. The Innocence of Muslims promoters had more than their film launch to focus on but September the 11th was also to see The Prophet Muhammed put on trial by Jones and his friends live on TV in a publicity stunt to launch Jones’ TV channel. The event dubbed “International Judge Muhammed Day” was promoted by Sadek on his site.

Four days later Sadek and Jones were scheduled to meet in Washington and to switch the focus of their hate from Muslims onto homosexuals in a protest outside the White House.

Morris Sadek was listed as a speaker for the event along with Jones.

Speakers:

Dr Terry Jones, President of Stand Up America Now
Wayne Sapp, Assistant Director of Stand Up America Now
Dr Scott Lively of Abiding Truth Ministries
Dr Rafael Guevera, President of the Evangelical Association of Hispanic Ministers of Washington, D.C., with the area Pastors of this Association and members their congregations.
Morris Sedak, Coptic State of Egypt
Michael the Black Man, Boss Group Ministry, WWW.GODS2.COM

Unfortunately for the pair the event had to be called off two days before the event on September 13th due to the reaction their hateful film had generated.

Ron Banerjee – Hindu Hypocrite

Ron Banerjee, Heroic Defender of “Freedom of Speech”

Ron Banarjee the anti-immigration immigrant is a staunch defender of freedom of speech (that offends Muslims).  So much in fact the anti-Islam/Sikh extremist is working with the extremist Copts in the US along with Pastor Terry Jones to screen the anti-Islam film in Canada.

Banerjee even shared a stage with JDL leader Meir Weinstein in support of the infamous Islamophobe Geert Wilders’ freedom of speech in the Toronto Zionist Center

http://jdlcanada.files.wordpress.com/2010/01/geert-jpeg1.jpg?w=450

However, Ron Banarjee is a hate-fuelled hypocrite.  Banarjee is a staunch opponent of freedom of speech (that offends Hindus) Less than a year ago Banarjee was pleading his case to the Toronto Sun to have pro-Islam advertising board banned:

This ad has to be pulled because it is offensive to Hindus

– Ron Banarjee, (sometime) “freedom of speech” advocate

I sincerely hope that Banarjee is re-incarnated as a Palestinian and see if he still finds the war-crimes committed against a defensless civilian population as “heroic and worthy of replication”.

Video below is Banerjee discussing his attempts to ban the Islamic ad with Michael Coren.

Qu’ran-Burner Terry Jones To Visit Toronto To Spread His Anti-Muslim Hate

The Toronto Sun reports that Jones has accepted an invitation to attend a round-table discussion and possible protest on October 11th and 12th. He has been invited by a group calling themselves Canadians United Against Terror, a partner of the extremist Hindu “organisation” (of none) the Canadian Hindu Advocacy led by the virulent Islamophobe and neo-Zionist Ron Banerjee.

Allan Einstoss escorted away by police in Toronto

The coalition claims to be “grassroots”.  However, it’s latest anti-Islamic PR stunt in September attracted a mere twenty people (and three dogs).  Ostensibly “walk your dog in front of a Mosque day” was arranged by Canadians United Against Terror and Canadian Hindu Advocacy as a response to an incident where a Jewish man Alan Einstoss was arrested for creating a disturbance at an Al-Quds day demonstation in Toronto.  While Einstoss was being arrested by police his large English Mastiff ran wild amongst the crowd and received a kick.  Banerjee shamelessly blamed the lack of interest in his campaign on the weather and traffic.

Morris Sadek, the crazed Zionist at the centre of the Innocence of Muslims film promoted the work of Banerjee through his site at The National American Coptic Assembly on June 6th 2012 in a post entitled “Let Us Do Our Best To Stop The Disease of Islam From Spreading Over The World”. Banarjee, whose “Hindu advocacy” seems to involve exclusively creating irrational suspicions about Muslims was protesting a Toronto school’s decision to allow Muslim students to hold their Friday prayers in the school cafeteria so as to no miss classes.  The extremist Hindu joined forces with  the extremist Jews of the Jewish Defense League (JDL) and the extremist Christians and anti-Islamic fearmongers  of The Christian Heritage Group.

The similarities between Banerjee and Sadek doesn’t end in their mutual passion of film promotion.  Banerjee appears to be a Hindu-clone of his Coptic cousin.  Both have ties to Terry Jones, both appear equally unhinged by a fanatical hatred of Islam and Muslims, both head organisations which claim to represent their respective communities but have absolutely no grassroots support whatsoever and are flatly denounced by their actual community leaders and both have declared their undying love for Israel.  In the wake of the Israeli massacre of the Gazan people Benerjee also published an opinion piece in The Jewish Tribune declaring that Israeli actions were heroic and worthy of replication.

The “Innocence of Muslims” And The Hypocrisy of Non-Muslims

The spate of racist anti-Muslim/pro-Israel ads that have sprung up throughout New York’s subways have been widely condemned but permitted  on on the grounds of freedom of speech.  The ads which had previously appeared in San Francisco were taken out by the American Freedom Defense Initative (AFDI) who are spearheaded by notorious Islam-bashers Robert Spencer and Pamela Geller, who had personal contact with Morris Sadek, the Egyptian-Copt behind the “Innocence of Muslims” film.

However, “freedom of speech” for all it’s unquestionable merits has been abused by the gatekeepers to villify “the savage” and “support the civilized man”  – the Arab/Muslims semitic cousins.

Case in point being the contrast between the courts acceptance to display Spencer and Geller’s hate-filled message in the public transport system with an anti-Israel ads which were to appear in King County with the tagline “Israeli war crimes, your tax dollars at work”. The respective judges ruling on:

Anti-Islam Ad:

The judge, Paul A. Engelmayer of Federal District Court, ruled that the rejected ad was “not only protected speech — it is core political speech,”

Anti-Israel Ad:

The Court also determined that in light of the undisputed facts regarding the purpose of the forum and the factual basis for King County’s application of its policy in this case, King County’s decision to cancel the SeaMAC Ad was both reasonable and viewpoint-neutral.

Charlie Hebdo and The Sine Affair

The hypocrisy on display is undeniable though far from unique and not exclusive to the USA.  Another to pour fuel onto the flames of the already raging inferno of Islamic-Western tension was the French Magazine Charlie Hebdo who decided to run provocative cartoons of a turbaned, naked Mohammed.

The magazine defended it’s right to publish the caricatures on the grounds of “freedom”

He says nothing wrong has been done, and that his magazine has not infringed French law, as a publication has the right to use the freedom to run critical or satirical cartoons.

Source

The French magazine clearly has the freedom and desire to insult Muslims yet the same “freedom” evidently didn’t apply when the criticism is focused on Jews.

Maurice Siné had been a contributor to Charlie Hebdo for  twenty years when in 2008 he published an “anti-semitic” comment in his satirical column suggesting that Jean Sarkozy, the son of the former French President was set to convert to Judaism prior to his marriage to his fiance; a Jewish heiress, to improve his career prospects.

Sine’s offending comments:

‘He’ll go a long way in life, this lad!’

Source

Sine was then ordered to apologise by the magazine but he refused and was duly sacked.  The Guardian reported:

The piece was published without controversy – until several days later, when a radio presenter referred to it as anti-Semitic. The families of those concerned were said to be ‘sickened’. Val, who took the controversial decision to re-publish a Danish newspaper’s cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed two years ago in the name of freedom of the press, agreed that the piece was offensive and told its author to apologise.

Siné refused, saying he would rather ‘cut his own nuts off’ and was, more or less, fired. Cue outrage, argument, counter argument, argument. Was the original statement anti-Semitic? For Val, there was no doubt. Siné’s statements, he said last week, ‘could be interpreted as making a link between conversion to Judaism and social success’ and that they spread the old stereotype associating Jews and money.

Max Blumenthal, Death Threats and The Hypocrisy of Google.

Proving that Islam is not uniquely prone to violence Sine, 79, was targeted with death threats by the terrorist outfit the Jewish Defense League (JDL).  Who threatened:

20 centimeters of stainless steel in the stomach, it could well teach the bastard to stop and think.”

Source

Another to receive death threats was Jewish journalist/filmmaker Max Blumenthal who received numerous death threats for being a “self-hating Jew” after producing a film critical of the attitudes of Israelis.

(You can watch the film here: Feeling The Hate In Jerusalem — The Censored Video from Max Blumenthal on Vimeo. )

Blumenthal’s film went the way of  The Palestinian Media Watch who had their account banned for “hatespeech”  while Blumenthal’s film was banned from Youtube due to “innapropriate content”.

And Google/Youtube’s response to the “hatespeech” and innapropriate content” contained in the Innocence of Muslims trailer?

They denied a White House request to take down the film – all in the name of “freedom” of course.

Jyllands-Posten

A final example of the hypocrisy at work is the original spark in 2006 of the Mohammed cartoons hysteria; that of the 12 cartoons published in Danish newspaper the Jyllands-Posten including the infamous image of Mohammed with a bomb in his turban.  They were the brainchild of editor Flemming Rose, a keen admirer of leading Islamophobe Daniel Pipes.

The newspaper again defended it’s decision to publish the highly offensive images to Muslims on the grounds of “freedom” yet the very same hypocrisy was exposed when it was revealed that in 2003 they refused to publish satirical cartoons of Jesus on the basis that they were offensive to Christians and later in 2006 they point-blank refused to publish satirical cartoon relating to the Holocaust.

Carlos Latuff’s Entry To The Iranian Holocaust Cartoon Competition

While freedom of speech  is an absolute requirement of every truly open, free and just society it is also a double-edged sword.  A sword that is only sharpened on one side to hack at Muslims while the other is intentionally left blunt.

The Ugly Face Of Swedish Islamophobia hosts Zionist-Funded Hate Peddlers In Stockholm

August 4th 2012 was a busy day in Stockholm, Sweden.  Not only was it a celebration of the life and deeds of Jewish hero Raoul Wallenberg and Gay Pride parade day but it was also a celebration of hate; or as they prefer to call it “counterjihad”.

Stop Islamisation Of Nations, or “coincidentally” SION

Robert Spencer, Pamela Geller and the leaders of the EDL were the star attractions at the event which also included speakers from various European EDL spin-offs.  By all accounts the the demonstration was an abject failure which garnered little interest.

One of the failed organisers was Stockholm’s own Isak Nygren of the Swedish Defense League (SDL).

The anti-Muslim fanatic was actually e-mailed by fellow “counterjihadist” Anders Breivik in the hours before he carried out his twin terror attack in Oslo.  Nygren was at the time following in Geert Wilders footsteps by living in a kibbutz in Israel.

Nygren then distanced himself from Breivik. However, his bigoted, reductionist conclusions very much mirrors Breivik’s.  For example in March Nygren gave a speech (transcript) in Denmark to a rabble of EDL and EDL-like  European knuckle-draggers on behalf of the SDL, which was essentially a condensed version of Breivik’s manifesto,  The SDL’s facebook page also made light of the mass-murder committed by Breivik and to truly expose their hypocrisy the supposed anti-extremist  SDL also counts terrorist group the JDL amongst it’s “likes”
